HERMANAS HEALING WORKSHOP

This in-person workshop is designed for hermanas who led more of a parent-child relationship growing up and want to better understand the impact of family expectations, share their stories, and deepen their connection as hermanas. Through guided conversations and reflective exercises, hermanas will explore family roles, improve communication, and learn to set healthy boundaries to build a stronger, more authentic sibling bond.
