Join us as we gather to talk about navigating Latine family gatherings during the holiday season. Open to the daughters who feel pressure to continue family holiday traditions or are grieving past family celebrations.
BIG SIS CONEXIÓN WORKSHOP

Whether the oldest daughter or somewhere in between, this in-person workshop is designed for daughters who were given parent-like responsibilities in their family as children. Some examples include but are not limited to babysitting younger siblings, acting as a parent to their own parents, helping parents discipline siblings.
If you are someone who gets praised in your family for “having it all together” without complaining, are the go-to for problem-solving or venting, or feel guilty not showing up for others, this workshop is for you.
This workshop will provide education on family roles within the Latine cultura, we’ll openly discuss the emotional impact of these responsibilities, and learn practical tools to set loving boundaries while staying connected to family roots.
