Individual Therapy

Individual sessions are one-to-one appointments between the client and the therapist. Together, they identify the goals for therapy and the best interventions that will help accomplish these goals. With the support of the therapist, individual therapy can help clients gain tools to better solve issues, work through difficult experiences and emotions, and increase their quality of life.

Consultation Call

Generaciones Counseling offers a free 15-minute consultation call for potential new clients. This is a commitment free call to discuss needs, get to know the therapist, and ask questions before committing to therapy. Because we honor people’s time and journey, additional therapist referrals will be provided if the consultation call determines Generaciones Counseling will not be a good fit.

Rates

Individual 50-minute mental health therapy session: $150.00

Individual 15-minute consultation call: Free Consultation call is not a therapy session and is only used to answer questions, provide additional information on services, and determine next steps.

Generaciones Counseling is an out-of-network provider and currently does not accept insurance. Superbills are available upon request should a client wish to submit out-of-network claims to the insurance company for partial reimbursement.
